The hotel provided a GOOD customer service during our trip. The rooms here are reasonably large and fantastic with balcony.

The staff are really friendly and affable, managed the parking onsite, the building is beautiful, and the rooms are freshly renovated and spotless with a bath, a balcony, and a terrace.

The twin room had very comfortable beds, a fridge, air conditioning, and a personal safe, with a cute courtyard view.

The hotel was in an ideal location, just a short walk from the town center and had lovely views. the staff were friendly, hospitable and went out of their way to make sure we had a great weekend. We were offered two complimentary drinks on arrival and found the food to be fantastic.

The room we were given was fairly basic and outdated. the bed was uncomfortable and the noise from the road outside was unbearable.

During my trip, I stayed in a hotel near the famous Pamplonne beaches in Ramatuelle. the location of the hotel was perfect as it was just a few minutes away from the beach and the city center. the room was well-furnished, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. the pool was excellent, and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. it was a fantastic and enjoyable stay.

I loved the location of this hotel, right in front of the beach and near to the centre of town. The cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional and the hotel facilities were great. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. Additionally, the free parking was a much-appreciated bonus.
